You can check the status of your documents in the "Account Timeline" section of My Account. Please allow up to ten business days for the delivery status of these documents to be updated. 

We strongly recommend and encourage applicants to have their required documents sent to WES via approved digital channels. We have many established digital partnerships with institutions around the world. If your documents must be sent to WES by courier, you may check the delivery status of documents by using "Track My Package" in My Account.
